He began his career at KPMG, advising a wide variety of financial services companies and later led several prominent mortgage companies, including E*TRADE Mortgage and the restructuring of H&R Block Mortgage. Rob was a pioneer in online mortgage lending, growing E*TRADE Mortgage from a small company to the third-largest online lender in the nation in less than three years. Under Rob's passion for consumer advocacy, E*TRADE shook the mortgage Industry by becoming the first to offer upfront guaranteed mortgage pricing, and offering the nation’s first portable mortgage.
